Hello, my name is Jen.

I’m a 35 year old  breast cancer SURVIVOR,  born in Oakland, California, living in Maryland and working in DC. On June 29, 2017, less than a year into my marriage, and a month into my brand new house, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Out of nowhere, this cloud of happiness I had been floating on came crashing down.

It was the most difficult time in my life, but I managed to find ways to be as hopeful and positive as possible. I’m here to share my story and hopefully make you laugh and feel inspired.
